This is a really nice receiver. Very sensitive, very quick to first fix, very stable and it worked exactly as advertised. The logging function has lots of possibilities: fishermen tracking that special spot in the lake to get the "big one," hikers tracking their path, parents tracking teenagers when they take the car, tracking your travel for expense report records. Yes, you could track them with the software in your PDA, but then that adds to the burden of the PDA. Why not let the GPS do the logging?
