What's your refund policy

A "try-before-buy" version lets you make the best purchase decision and make sure that the product is compatible with your computer system and meets all of your specific requirements. Before you purchase a product, please choose carefully and make sure you buy the right program. We do not refund your order or change your product simply because you have made a wrong selection.

Additionally, a refund request will be rejected if we can change your program to another product which can fix the issue with the product itself.

How soon will I get my product after I placed my order online

For download version:
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by email that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

A order request will also be sent to the our database by email. (This will takes hours or more to process by SWREG). As soon as we recieved the order request, the ultimate confirmation will be sent to you via email containing the link of the downloadbale "exe" file and the Registration Code for installation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact with our "Customer Service Center"

Is my order secure

SWREG (who is the e-commerce partner for Wondershare) has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

How to purchase the CD Version?

For CD Version:
Once your order has been processed successfully, you can purchase CD Version for single product (Suite Products haven't CD Version yet) together.

 

1. After click 'Buy Now', you'll found CD Version at the bottom of the purchase page which said 'Add Back Up CD - Keep a Physical Copy of Your Product for just US $9.95'.

2. click 'ADD' button, and you'll see 'Back Up CD - Keep a Physical Copy of Your Product' on your listing, it means, you're sure to purchase the CD Version.

We will ship via US Postal Service First Class mail (US) and Air Mail (overseas) within two business days after receiving your order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery (US) or 4 weeks for delivery (overseas), although it usually takes much shorter time.

What's the "Extended Download Service"?

The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor (SWREG or Regnow) with additional cost. Once you purchased this service, you'll be entitled to 2 year of re-download service for the very version of the product you purchased, which means the service provider will keep backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.

 

Do I have to purchase this ‘Extended Download Service', what if I don't purchase it?
The short answer is NO. Once you purchased any product from Wondershare, you can retrieve the download and registration information for the product you purchased for free. The only concern for you is that Wondershare always keeps the latest version of the product on our server. If you only need to download the very version when you purchased at any time, then you can add this extended download service as a plus.
